When checking in, the front desk person could be a bit more friendly. The room was nice and clean. Could use other chairs besides uncomfortable folding chairs. The bathroom can use better counter space.
staff is friendly building is always clean small rooms but still nice.
We made a spontaneous trip to Gaylord and were surprised by the sheer cost of a hotel for one night being well over $200 as its average. While our initial arrival was met with heavy cigarette smell in the lobby the attendant was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Our room was relatively clean as we did find a cockroach in the bathroom and hair in the tub. All in all our stay was still nice and would stay here again
