Staff was friendly, but was absent one morning so there was no complimentary breakfast and nobody at the front desk. Advertised pool was out of commission. Cigarette butts everywhere. Pictures are misleading. I expected much better from a Wyndham property. The upside....the beds! Clean linen and robably one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept on.
The lady in the front check in desk was really nice however the room was Hot AC was not working their was holes in the walls where AC connected it was a window unit!!! That definitely needs to be replaced ASAP bathroom was in good condition however the window screen came off had to open window because room was hot!!! Room has no ceiling fan…the room needs and upgrade
Our room smelled like sewage for the first couple of hours. But got better over a couple of hours. Beds were comfortable nice restful night.
Great service and comfortable room
Though my plans may have fallen throug through for the reason I was in Durango last night, I genuinely enjoyed myself and I would will be back to rent the exact same room!! I loved it, I hope one day they do get that pool area going because it literally looks so inviting! Even if they didn't fill up the pool open it up for the fire pit area, super cute!!!
