Room not clean. Used bar of soap in the bathtub. They offer shampoo and body wash on the shower wall and they were empty. They advertise a pool but it was not available and the front desk worker said it was closed because it was dirty. The driveway is covered in ice. The entrance smells like marijuana and the hallways smell like cigarettes. There was a cockroach in our room this morning. Absolutely disgusting. 🤮
Parking lot needed to be plowed. Room had food on the floor. Remote was missing back piece. No pillow cases on the pillows. No washcloths. TV didn't work. And we killed a cockroach
I was staying at the Super 8 adjacent, which is apparently managed out of the Baymont. My Hotwire deal said continental breakfast was included. There was none that I saw. They have three airpots for decaf, regular coffee, and hot water. The regular was empty. The decaf was cold. Made me wonder how old it was. Day? Days??? The room was fine. Clean. Right price. The room TV volume was low and could not be adjusted, for some reason. File this under You Get What You Pay For. Ngl, I'd go there again negate the price is right and ... read more
