Contractors and other services DO NOT SERVICE THIS PLACE. They contracted us for repairs, and come time to pay they refuse. Larissa went so far as to tell us to send it to our lawyers. Steer far and clear.
Ty was very helpful and bent over backwards to make sure my grandma was comfortable she deserves a raise 10/10
The lighting, especially in the pool room is really creepy. The service is terrible, we called ahead and asked if there was a hot tub and the recipient on the phone said yes, once we arrived and checked in we found out there was no hot tub.. We said whatever, finished checking in and went to the pool, there were no towels at all. We asked for towels they said they don't hand out extra so we went back to the room (there was only one towel for a 2 bed room..) I would not recommend for anyone trying to have a peaceful vacation.
