They can definitely do better. They have an opportunity to improve cleaning for all areas of the hotel. It seems that cleaning is not one of their strengths. And when you use a hotel you really look forward to find a spotless room. The pool area needs a deep cleaning, windows included, they are very dirty. However, it was very conveniently located for us, very close to the NIU convention center. The price was ok. The receptionist was really nice and courteous. The breakfast was ok and nicely stocked.
