The rooms have minor things that could use fixing, Trim on tables coming apart, scuffed up areas on them, mouse traps in the rooms.... but the things that upset me the most are the $100 incidentals fee that I'm "charged" then refunded every time I have stayed AND when I have to stay for more than 2 nights in a row, the mandatory housekeeping that I must allow. I have NEVER heard that I couldn't leave my Do Not Disturb sign out for more than 2 days. It's ridiculous. I don't need anything and I don't want people going through ... read more

Women behind the desk couldn’t manage her employees to refill the supplies in my room daily from housekeeping (kept having to ask for coffee, towels, shampoo/conditioner), my room key had trouble staying active, and had an experience where I was double charged $100 for their security deposit and she became furious saying it was a scam or banks fault. She had no interest in my side of story that I was double charged for the deposit. Never once apologized. She called my cellphone on my day off and told me I “had” to come talk ... read more
