My wife and I stayed on 15 sept. Unfortunately, this stay was not as nice as the one in June. We arrived around 5 pm. waited over 5 minutes for someone to come and check us in. After she showed up and started helping us someone else came in and then she started helping them. we were given our room keys. after going to our room and unpacking we went and got something to eat. came back that's when we notice that the tv wasn't hooked up lamps were not plugged in new tile floor had a piece missing. see photo. Everything about this hotel was absolutely awesome! The service provided by the afternoon, evening, and morning shifts was nothing short of stellar! The rooms are clean, quiet, and the bed is extremely comfortable The jacuzzi could be a little hotter, but overall great The breakfast was just right, but maybe offer waffles instead of pancakes? That was my wife's suggestion lol Highly recommended, and should we ever come back to this part of town, we would gladly stay here again

Nice hotel, we did see that they are doing some updates on the rooms. The only thing I can complain about was the temperature of the jacuzzi...it was barley luke warm. Other than that great breakfast, good location right off the highway and nice staff.
Our room smelled so bad! Like a swimming pool or wet towels left out too long. Staff offered us another room upstairs but there was constructive everywhere for a remodel. When we returned to our room last night, they had removed the chair. When we asked why they said there was one needed upstairs. Seriously? I would not stay here again anytime in the near future.
