My family were there for the week of Thanksgiving. Best experience I could have for my family.
I reserved a block of 20 rooms for a wedding, including five rooms specifically for the wedding party. Upon arrival, the hotel was unable to locate our five reservations, which delayed check-in by approximately 20 minutes. Although the first evening went smoothly, significant issues began the following morning. We woke up to cold water and reported it immediately. Came in for a wedding. The first night the water was ice cold and the second evening the water was shut off. I knew a lot of people would complain so I didn’t cancel or make a big deal, they told us to call them and they are being rude over the phone, dismissive, and making us run around in circles.
