Soooo I ws there from the 8th -10th of August 2025..Upon entering the hotel lobby it was clean and 2 big water dispensers greeted me which is super cool since it's hotter than Haiti right now.. Anywho the young man at 430pm greeted me and checked me in quickly.. I got to room 129 and was pleasantly surprised.. everything was in place..room ws nice and cold the only thing missing ws the coffee pot set up..other than that..I ws hpy..the bed sleeps well.. breakfast ws decent.. good coffee they hv a juice machine as well.. basic... read more
This place has gone way downhill. The pool is empty, the ceiling in our room was water damaged and about to fall, they didn't want to give us back our deposit.. won't be going back here again.
My experience has been a long one. They are consistently kind and helpful. The staff manager Dorothy has been great to work with, she is very understanding and always a pleasure to speak with, also specifically Michelle (front desk ) is genuinely a caring person. It doesn't matter who you are she is always good to people. It is a breath of fresh air. Her everyday manner is pleasant and sweet, always smiling. They make you feel welcomed.
