I have been staying at comfort inn for months and decided to come down to Baymont and boy am I glad I did I should have been staying here all along ! The hotel is so clean and it just has a good feel to it ! The staff were all so nice and accommodating something comfort inn should take note of !

If there was a food category it would also receive five stars bc the waffle and eggs were delicious!
During my stay at this location on Feb 2nd 2026 I had a bad experience of bed bugs. The first day I had bumps on my neck thinking I ate something and had an allergic reaction. The next morning around 5 am I was itching do bad. I still have the marks on me. I had to go to urgent care, not only did the front desk compensate me with Wyndome points they said the next time I come, they will give me a discount of $69 plus tax, what an insult to my intelligence it’s obvious that the management is insensitive and not caring.
