Horrible horrible horrible! No pool as advertised it’s not down for maintenance as they advertise. It’s got nothing but old carpet, ladders, and everything and they’re using it as a storage room. Looks like it hasn’t had water in it in over a year. horrible amenities just trash with a capital T. Very disappointed at the quality of this hotel based on Wyndham’s reputation. We booked 3 rooms here. All of the rooms were dirty and hot. Clogged toilet, spider in tub, carpets were dirty, stains on the sheets. We had to change rooms because the first rooms AC was laying on the floor. After a couple room changes and realizing all the rooms were equally as bad we left and tried to get a refund but the hotel would not give us one.

We enjoyed our stay here, we stayed 4 nights. The front desk staff was pleasant and answered any questions we had regarding restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.

I arrived to check in at midnight and people were hanging at the entrance and drinking in the parking lot. Hallways were dirty. Room was disgusting and needs deep cleaning. Phone doesn't work. AC was filthy. Water in tub doesn't go down. Breakfast was horrible! This hotel doesn't belong in the neighborhood!
