I have had a great experience with staying at this hotel with my boyfriend and dog. The team they have staffed is very helpful and friendly. Management is always here to help and is amazing. I was recently just helped by Sna she wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay and the room was to our liking and everything was amazing. I have had a great experience with staying at this hotel. Management is amazing Sna is always helpful whenever I have questions. She always greets me and asks me how my day was. Breakfast here is really delicious always fully stocked. Housekeeping does an amazing job with cleaning my room and restocking everything. The rooms here are very nice and cozy and the bed is extremely comfortable. I always stay at this hotel this is my go to whenever I need to book at hotel.
Best hotel around the area. Been staying here for over 4 months for work going home on the weekends.
They got dirty rooms they allow pets inside the room and they don’t clean in the room that I stay was to many dog hair and also in the carpet I went to the front desk to suggest housekeeping and thats it not make a big deal but they didn’t do anything about it even the lady told me that she will clean personally and supervise that wiil be clean and nothing happened also she didn’t make a report or note she ignored my request also en the bathroom its mold and they just leave it like that
