I have stayed at this hotel many times for over a week plus. Everything has always been great until today. I was talking about issue with lady at the desk when I extended my room for one day. A man walked up (manager? ) and started talking over me and the lady when I was trying to explain the issue. It was a simple fix. His rudeness and not giving me a chance to explain the issue caused me not to stay the night. I was booking another week before that happened. The receptionists have always been great and friendly. We have a corporate account and book many rooms. Can't get them to clean the rooms or take out the trash. And they don't just put a hold on you card for incidentals, they actually take money out of your account after the rooms have been paid for! Last time at this hotel. Gentlemen of the field, oil and gas, etc. Beware!

The location was right in the center of town and was very easy to get everywhere. Most of the staff were very friendly. The lady who seemed to handle breakfast acted annoyed with people coming in. The rooms were nice and clean but there was a slight musty smell in our room. Like dampness.

I booked a room through Trip Advisor for Oct. 18th and 19th. I paid in full using my credit card on Oct. 9th. When we arrived my husband gave HIS credit card for incidentals ONLY. When he received his credit card statement, he was charged 3 times!! After talking to the manager, (which is no longer there) one charge was taken off but 2 charges are still there!
