I had an excellent experience during my stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained, and my room was comfortable and in great condition. All of the amenities were convenient and enjoyable, including the fitness center and pool. Clean, quiet, peaceful, friendly staff, hot breakfast daily, 10/10. I’ve stayed at a few Wyndham hotels in Colorado Springs and they’re by far the most affordable and have the best amenities.
I had a very pleasant stay at Baymont Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the overall service was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. Breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient because everything I needed was nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Giving a 4 star even with not staying due to a miscommunication.. management was great and made it right for us and for that the 4stars
Placed our reservation via 3rd party vendor. Received the confirmation email and my card had already been charged. All good. Thank goodness we called just to make double sure. Turns out they did not have us reserved in the room we chose and paid for. We were downgraded (at the same cost) and not offered an explanation other than to contact the vendor. We were already 400ish miles into an 850 mile drive and wouldn't be checking in until 9pm. Thank goodness I contacted said vendor. They worked hard to find us better accommodat... read more
