RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! this hotel is poorly ran with the most unprofessional manager to ever exist. They spend their days drinking out front letting their guests have whole ass cookouts in the back. They change policies and don’t ever notify any of their guests. If they decide they want to kick you out you won’t get your money back in fact they will notify you basically as soon as housekeeping is knocking at your door. Mr. Porter and staff are amazing. The transformation at the hotel is unbelievable from the housekeeping the soaps the breakfast it’s just amazing.
the room was clean, but could use a refresh - staff was helpful (as long as that surcharge goes away :D ), towels were great... breakfast was good one day, out of stuff early the next.
Building looks decent from the outside inside completely a disaster carpets look like they’ve never been cleaned in the last 20 years. We had broken furniture door and tile. thought it would be a nice decent place to stay at for the night. I’ll traveling for work. Definitely never stay here again.
