The photos do not match the rooms or location. We booked for the week, but when we got there we decided we would only stay the one night, and move to another part of Colorado to continue our vacation. I explained this to the front desk. She got the manger and he adjusted our reservation. They were understanding and refunded us the rest. I will let you if my refund is returned to me with in the next week.
Questionable cleanliness, pool was out of service, waffle batter for breakfast was sour & tasted bad bad like they haven't switched it out.. Over all wasn't terrible if you just don't care. Personally I'd rather spend the extra 30-50$ for better quality & cleanliness. Was a "get what you pay for" situation.
This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever witnessed. The reception didn’t even great you. Charged me 3 times on my credit card. The hallway smells like smoke and urine. The bedding had blood all over it and bugs crawling on the floor. No security on doors or anything. It looks like the homeless people live there. I am so glad we canceled and got a better hotel. The pictures don’t even match what the place looks like. Gross would not recommend unless you want to get a disease.
Not the worst hotel, was somewhat dissatisfied with service, lack of amenities, the WiFi is subpar and in the room I seen a bug it’s in a very walkable location, I would say it’s mostly child friendly but the road in the parking lot definitely needs maintenance
Manager/front dest lady with missing teeth was very rude, angry person. We have stayed at this Baymont several times and we will NOT be staying here again.
