It might just have been my experience, but there was a definite aroma in the room. It's good they help folks with pets but it was pretty rough to deal with. The staff was great to offer a discount, but the room could use a new couch for sure.
My sheets when I arrived were stained, I asked for them to be replaced and was handed another set and told to replace them myself. After finding the second set of sheets stained, I asked to speak to a manager and was informed there was no manager on site. I told them I would not stay here and requested a refund. Horrific management.
I had a wonderful stay and experience at Baymont with helpful friendly courteous staff with wonderful hot breakfast. Location was a 45 minute drive back and forth to my 3 day, conference location. Loved hotel, only difficulty was the travel time and commute to conference. Overall really enjoyed my stay and will return again in the future.

The worst experience in a hotel I ever had. Cockroaches, left room in less than 10 minutes and they refused to give refund.
