I didn’t want to leave this review, but it feels somewhat like a waste of money, although it could be worse sleep if we had to sleep in the car. Not a good place to stay when you have to get up at 5am to travel 10 hours. A family of approximately 10 was cackling until 11:45pm in the common area until I had to ask them to be quiet. Staff and management had no observation of quiet times. The bedding was not clean upon arrival. We had to get clean sheets and remake the bed ourselves. This place was great.. the owner/manager really knows how to run a hotel.. everything that I experienced was obviously cared for and pride was taken.. great job.. I wish you great success.. see you when we have are next golf outing at Penn National

We had a lovely stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is we were in room 101 which is right next to the ice maker. It is very loud when it is making ice and the room vibrates with the noise. We also heard every person who got ice as well. I woke us up from sleep a few times, so I'd avoid that room. Maybe a door on the ice maker room or some sound proofing would help.
