Every night after I got off work my key never worked for my room. I had to constantly go down to front desk for a new key. Beds have a foul smell, shower had red stains in it, & no breakfast in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here front desk was very rude & did not want to accommodate me with a new room !

Will not stay here again was charged at $250 fee after we left said it was a smoking in the room fee which was not true. Had fire trucks there at 2:18 on 13 September only on the second floor no investigation done to see whose room set it off But we were charged. It is illegal what they did the woman at the front desk, extremely rude and hung up on me we will never stay there again. Yes we have an investigation going on, but just before warned they will charge you after you leave.

Its a bit run-down and is need of some updates. Had to wait for service at the desk several times longer than I'd like, even after ringing the bell. Rooms need updating. Broken lamp shades, curtain rod loose in the wall, refrigerator didn't work and smelled really bad, TV wouldn't work properly and remote was broken, stains on the carpet. Beds were clean but not the most comfortable. A/C worked great and shower did too. Breakfast was just ok but met our expectations.
