Bed bugs. Wet carpet. Smelled like piss outside. Asked for a refund after showing pictures of the bugs and the actual bugs. They denied the refund. Did not stay the night.
We came in for a two night stay and were incredibly impressed! It's an older facility, but clean and maintained. By far the most impressive part of our stay was the courteous help we received from Aaron. He was personable and sincere without being intrusive or overbearing. 10/10 will stay again!
Adam went above and beyond to help us make sure we weren’t stuck on the side of the road he gave us buckets of water for our car a huge shoutout to Adam at baymont for all the help
Adam went above and beyond for customer service I'm 2 and a half hours from home and Adam treated me like a baymont costumer has great manners help me with what I need my thermostat blew on my car he gave me multiple buckets of water and treated me with respect and made sure I was comfortable and put me first I wish I met more people like Adam what a amazing guy much respect 🙏
