I booked this hotel through Chase Travel, and my name was on the reservation. When Chase Travel tried to update the booking so my wife could check in, the hotel flat-out refused to cooperate. They were extremely rude, unaccommodating, and unwilling to work with either Chase Travel, myself, or my wife. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a hotel. If you value professionalism and basic courtesy, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Don’t be fooled. Driving up to the hotel, we thought this was going to be awful. Inside it looks like they recently fully remodeled. The room was great (for the price). Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the in wall A/C unit was extremely loud. Everything else was perfect for a quick place to rest our heads for the night right off the 10. Big ask, but would love a few EV Car chargers (but there is a 110 kW Tesla Charger 1/2 mile away).
