The clerk lady banded us because we was to close to each other. She was really rude about it so I will not be back there because of her she ruined it. If we was doing something wrong I would have understood but we did nothing wrong when we was in the pool area and she tired to keep our deposit which they cant do.
Got banned from the pool while being close to each other in a hot tub, that is not more than 6x4, she threatened to call the police. She argued that she couldn't give the $100 deposit back. This is not a hotel for you if you want to hang out with your loved ones in a pool or hot tub.
NEEDS UPDATING, OVERALL NOT BAD BUT THE HOTEL WORKERS NEED TO LEARN 11 AM CHECK OUT IS 11AM CHECK OUT. NOT KNOCKING DOORS STARTING AT 8AM AND THEN NUMEROUS TIMES AFTER THAT AND THEN THE FRONT DESK CALLED ALSO. WE WERE RELAXING UNTILL WE NEEDED TO LEAVE WHICH WAS 11AM.
