WARNING! Go to the comfort inn up the road! Lost power four times. The last time it was over 80° in our room. Rude lady at the front desk said the power will come on when they fix it! Refund refused. Comfort inn is right up the road and is a thousand times nicer for the same price. I highly recommend it! Better location, better hotel nicer inside and out. Reserved a king suite room, and the photos we were shown to be said room don't even exist in this location. The swimming pool shown in the photos doesn't exist at this location either. When asked for a refund they charged us, and gave us an attitude. The room we did get didn't have a shower, and the lights were broken. The staff were rude and ignored us when we asked questions, multiple times. We had to put down a $100 deposit, and they refused to give it back to us. Spent 150$, room was called a "handicap" room by only adding a shower chair... nothing else. Extremely sub par. Total ripoff

Customer service is terrible. Never got a receipt for dog fee although I ask at check in and out. Towels are thin and cheesy, but room was clean and it was quiet. Good access to interstate.
