Room was perfect other than the shower head not working. Booked a wheelchair accessible room for my son, and the removable shower sprayer didn't work. Paid to use laundry, dryer didn't work, but the staff allowed me to use the commercial dryer that they use for bedding. Handicap access chair for the hot tub didn't work either. The employees were great in helping with everything tho.

Best stay for a week under the circumstances
Carpet in room wet probably due to storm over weekend but they clearly didn't know and didn't until our stuff was in our room. They gave me some rag towels for the floor. Thought we would go to the hot tub....not hot. We have stayed here before any we were happy, not this time. Parking lot not plowed. We had trouble getting into our space.
Stoped for one night while traveling through many states going home. On the way to our destination Stayed at a dury inn in Missouri that was about $30 more but not as clean as this location. The room, bed sheets, and bathroom were clean. There were places in the bathroom like the wall that had clearly been repaired or old water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom but it was clean.
