Nice place to stay
Don't come visit your family if they're staying here. We were told we could come see our family and swim with them, but then the manager was extremely rude, threatened to have us escorted off the property, and told us this wasn't a Chucky Cheese. Considering they were told they could have people visit and swim, your response is an obvious lie. Also, maybe work on the professionalism of your staff instead of treating your hotel guests in such a manner. I wouldn't recommend your hotel if it were the last place in town to stay.

Absolutely love my stay for the SCGC Winter Guard weekend!! Check in was an completely effortless. The room was spotless. Yes I checked the sheets, bed, shower. You would think its a brand new hotel with the cleanliness. The front desk was amazing. The only down sides is no elevator (only 1 flight of stairs) and the pool/hot tub went down after the first night. BUT THEY FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY!!
