I booked a stay at this hotel on May 29th, 2025 for family weekend at UA (October 3rd - 5th) through Wyndham's website. That's FOUR MONTHS ahead of my stay! I get an email (attached) from these clowns at Wyndham on September 30th, 2025 canceling my reservation less than FOUR DAYS before my stay! No explanation, no phone call, no effort to make it right. I booked 2 rooms in February for this week, July 24-26. Yesterday, July 25, at 3 pm, I received an email and text confirmation. Attached to the confirmation was a link to pre check in for faster service upon arrival. At 6:20 pm, I clicked the link to do the check in and it took me to a page that said my reservation was canceled. I tried to call the hotel multiple times and received no answer. I can not express the disappointment I had in room 214. The ac unit was louder than the TV. The TV movie channels had no sound and were lagging so bad you had to watch discover something else. The furniture had what really appeared to poop stains. The bathtub had hair in it still. The plugs in the bathroom did not work so could not use the Hair dryer.
