This place is the worst!! Go somewhere else don’t waste your money with them! RESPONSE to Business: More information, okay; where to start. The rooms are filthy my family and I had to move around rooms to find an acceptable room and decent bed without lumps and clean sheets. The shower curtain smelled of urine, this location doesn’t change the shower curtains unless you request a new one. Floor was so dirty it stained and ruined our socks. Le daría cero estrella. Empezaré con la señora que atiende. No se de donde es, pero es una morena muy grosera parece de África oh de república Dominicana. Mi amigo fue a pedirle Toallas y no se las quiso dar ya llevábamos días allí. A nosotros no nos gusta que vayan a limpiar porque lo hacemos nosotros mismos. Pero ella le dijo a mi compañero que se tenía que limpiar porque aveces la gente dejaba muy sucias las habitaciones y que cobraría 50 dólares por limpieza. Stayed there on 8-8-25, it was the worst hotel I ever stayed at, never will stay there again, stains on sheets, stains on mattress protector, hair in swimming pool, the manager was very rude, the manager and employee said they would never stay at the Baymont themselves
