Booked through Wyndham reservations after having looked up hotel online. Arrived at hotel/motel. Desk clerk very curt and rude. Not suitable for customer service. Abrupt short answers only after asking for general info that should’ve been offered as standard practice. This is not a hotel. It is a motel with all rooms accessible from outside entrances only.
