This hotel has some negative comments, but it was a convenient location for us and we are Wyndham rewards members so we get a little better price. Our room was upgraded at no cost because they were not all that busy. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. I love the fact they supply large bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smells so good! We did not see anything that made us second guess our decision to stay there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Despite having comfortable rooms and beds, along with a great front desk staff, this hotel is sadly going the direction of so many 3-star locations. I've stayed at this location every October for the past five years when in Augusta for a conference downtown. It's always been a pleasure to stay there. Not this year. Alyssa was very kind yesterday. I would give her 5 stars individually. The establishment overall needs some work. The stopper on the sink in room 109 was broken and would not open completely. With that being said, the sink would fill up and I would have to turn the sink off to let the water drain out in the middle of brushing my teeth. The sheets were stained and the bathroom had an odor.
