This is by far the worst hotel I have ever tried to stay at rude customer service lady they took my money and refused to give me a room said the reservation had been cancelled and would not give me a refund do not stay at the rip off inn by Wyndham I wish it would let me leave no stars
Baymont by Wyndham Acworth DO NOT STAY HERE! This motel was vile! My partner and I were unfortunate enough to have to stay at this motel while we were having work done at our house. I would caution anyone to stay far away from this place. There are roaches so we now have to have all of our clothes professionally cleaned so we don’t bring anything home. This place is a dump! We are on a travel baseball trip this weekend. What I thought was a great deal turned out to be a disaster! #1 -Owners check me into a room that someone is already in, #2 - the second room was smoked filled. Noticed it had a roaches trap behind the toilet. So I lift the mattress up on the bed. Roaches were crawling around the wooded box spring. #3 moved to another room where it is being remolded.
