After reading the reviews below I can only come to the conclusion that the people that rated this office poorly was probably because they didn't get the controlled medications that they wanted. I have seen patients throw tantrums in the front office for not getting pain medicine prescribed to them. They are very strict about prescribing controlled medications as any doctors office should be. Absolutely the worse doctors office experience. They are very rude and will also make you wait hours before they even see you. Very unorganized and unprofessional .
Be prepared to wait over an hour for your appointment to actually begin.
Rudest, most uncaring office staff I have ever dealt with. They will interrupt you, talk over you, transfer you while you're speaking. They do not care about the patients or what you're going through. Not to mention billing my insurance company for procedures that did not take place. They are criminals! DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE.

This place is a joke! I have been 3 times and I will never go back. The doctor didn't even know why I was there and they billed my insurance for procedures they didn't even do. The nurses are rude and acted like they didn't care. My grandmother went and waited 2 hours in a room because they didn't know she was there! Then when they asked for a urine sample the bathroom was disgusting! I would rather drive 30 miles then to go back there ever again!
