Geoffrey at Bayly absolutely came through for my in a pinch as I realized my hammy-down uniform hat did not fit, less than a week before a memorial for a coworker. I emailed and spoke on the phone with Geoffrey to see if they could accommodate my order in within the time frame. I was blown away when Geoffrey had my made-to-order hat in the mail within 24 hours of us speaking. Friendly, and honest staff that went out of their way to make sure we received two dress hats within ten days. The hats came individually packaged in a high end designer cardboard box that preserved the hats structure during transport. Both hats were built with quality materials and they were flawless. This company has just won all of our future business. Thanks again!

I dealt directly with President, John Wagner. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was and what good customer service I received. Our department had been without hats for over two years after losing our former hat contact. They allowed me to ship them a hat and sent back hats that matched perfectly. Not only that, but the quality was great! These are nice hats.
