The hospital is one of the best hospitals in the USA. BUT... Processes and communication feel lacking. My mom recently had surgery there. Then 2 weeks later had to go back thru the ER for the same thing. She is 90 years old and layed out on a bed in the hallway from 1030 pm until 300 pm the next day. They never did communicate with the kitchen in the diet she was to have. It honestly seemed as tho nothing went smoothly. I was constantly advocating for my mom.
