The staff here is amazing! I've taken my mother in law for cateract surgery twice and they ALL were awesome!
This place has THE nicest people!! I took my mom here for a procedure and every single person we encountered treated us so lovely!!!! They made sure my mom was as comfortable as possible! They even gave her a card with everyone's signature on it thanking her for allowing them to help her!!! Thank you guys so much!!!
Had my knee surgery at Baylor/Surgicare and it had to be on My Birthday...everyone there treated me absolutely wonderful!! The 1st surgery I laughed so much b4 I went back! THANK-YOU TO ALL!
I cannot review the activities beyond closed doors because I was in the waiting room. I was not the patient. The personnel in the front office were polite and helpful. Patient was satisfied with service.
The staff is so amazing and helpful. It is a very clean facility. The nurses always help me feel more relaxed. Everyone is so efficient and does their job well.
They are absolutely wonderful!!!
