I needed access to MyBSWHealth to message my child’s provider, and after multiple calls and repeated error messages, I was frustrated and running low on patience. Everything was good except for the wait time. It took the doctor 45 minutes to get to our room. But the nurse and doctor are always very kind of professional. My only complaint was the wait time.
I love Dr.Sajan, she is the best doctor we could’ve asked for. She truly listens and care about your baby like family. She remembers every patient. She doesn’t only speak to one parent she really tries to involve both. Her CMA Gabby us amazing and so is her full front desk staff!
