I have always had excellent care for my mammograms - very thorough and quick. I love the care and attention I get each time I come to the Plano Women's Imaging Center. I am especially grateful for Jessica helping me resolve an insurance billing issue with the radiology lab. Highly recommend this group!

They make me not even want to go to the doctor. How do I get charged twice by the imaging center and the radiologist for the same service? This is the craziest treatment I have ever received. Even if this is standard practice for this place, it is absurd and so expensive. God forbid I want to make sure i don’t have cancer

I had a biopsy and I was very nervous at the beginning but the appointment went very smoothly. The whole staff was welcoming and helpful especially the ultrasound tech Suzie Bedell. Suzie was very helpful and compassionate.

I have been having my mammogram done at this location for years because my primary care doctor is at this location. My mammogram is completely covered by my insurance, United Healthcare Advantage. However, after my last mammogram, I received a bill from Texas Radiology, who apparently does the reading on the mammograms and they said I owed $1308.00. We had a disappointing experience at this imaging center. My mom’s mammogram had to be repeated because the first one was done incorrectly, which was both uncomfortable and avoidable. While the staff was polite, the lack of proper execution the first time reflects poorly on their professionalism. I hope they take steps to ensure better accuracy moving forward.
