They don’t listen to you about how you tell them you feel.
I just have to say hands down Dr.Lucia Peralta is the best doctor I have ever seen. Unfortunately I had to take a trip to Urgent care on easter and I had the best visit of my life. I’ve been a patient at Baylor Scott & White for a couple of years now, and I’ve never felt so seen or understood. My experience today was extremely disappointing. Nurse Practitioner Britney was unprofessional and showed very poor communication throughout my visit. I will be contacting the clinic manager to follow up, and I will not be returning. I could have gone to any urgent care facility, and ultimately I did where I was treated with care, received a shot, and was prescribed appropriate medication for the cough I was experiencing. This was the first time at this clinic and it was great! The Lady at the front that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. I saw was Lucia she really listened to my concerns and didn’t rush in and rush out. I will definitely go back to the Roundrock clinic.
