I have the best care once arriving at the office clinic. The front desk ladies are welcoming and greet with careness! The nurses can be short and there’s other nurses that conversate well. The Dr. that sees my kids goes above and beyond! I love the care the Dr. gives to my kids and is always putting the shoes of parents and knows the concerns as if it were their own children. I appreciate the great atmosphere overall and care!

I have never done a review on them before because I have never had any problems until today. My girls have been going to Dr. Talia for 11 years now. She’s amazing but her front desk staff aren’t that good. The young lady I encountered today was rude. My daughter had an appointment at 10:15. Yes we arrived late 15 minutes to be exact. Mind you I do not live in Dallas anymore. Normally if we’re late I’m told it’s a 15 min grace period today I was told it’s ten minutes now. Dr Sutawala was great! The office, not so much. Being a pediatric office, it was not kid friendly. If my 3 year old came with me I guarantee she’d be scared to be at the doctor because it was just not for kids and gave an eerie feeling. The front desk receptionist was not nice. I was unable to do the e-check in and she was not very kind about it. I was very disappointed with my experience at this pediatric office. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being treated with an attitude rather than kindness and respect. One staff member, Janet, came across as dismissive and unfriendly, which only added to the negative experience. Customer service is especially important in a pediatric office where parents and children may already be stressed or worried.
