Please don’t come here if you want to live. Seek medical care at a standard ER room- these folks don’t have enough testing equipment or rooms available and while limiting tests they do give, the criteria for hospital admission can have patients leaving with serious issues that go untreated. You could walk out with a blockage and be sent home to die. To file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board call 1-800-201-9353. To file a complaint against a healthcare facility, the number to call is 1-800-458-9858, Option 5.

Not only the best for cardiac care, the nurses, doctors, everyone that we came in contact with was amazing, caring, patient, and they have a wonderful bedside manner. All of this made a very scary situation bearable!!! Thank you to the ICU Super Team. Marry all, Dr. Ibrahim Dr. Allen & their teams. Thank you Mary and Z for helping so much!! Wish I could have brought all of you home with us. JK

My husband is a heart/cardiac patient with poor blood flow and significant cardiac condition. We were told to go to the emergency room at The Heart Hospital because of a bone infection. The ER doctor was so terribly rude to us saying “we don’t DO that here” and was then angry at the doctor who sent us to see you. The emergency room was not at all busy. THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST FACILITY I'VE EVER BEEN TO ! My husband has heart failure and everything that entails. BSWHeart Hospital in Plano has been excellent in every aspect of service. Literally every single person there was an angel.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with the doctor on duty at this hospital. I want to clarify that this review is not a reflection of the treatment provided by the rest of the staff or the condition of the facilities.
