My experience with Dr. Hester and staff was excellent. My knee replacement was excellent. Great doc. great job
I have been struggling with lower back pain and have a fear of doctor visits but these people were beyond amazing! The doctor was extremely kind and thorough in her explanation! I can not thank these people enough and would highly recommend!!!
I had a total knee replacement by Dr Hester & everything went great. I would love to thank ALL of the nursing staff & hope I can get all of their names on here. Thank you to: Collin, Stephanie, Jacall, Janice & Jacob. Also CNA Tameka. Also Physical Therapist Sal - I wish I had listened to you & gone to rehab instead of straight home. I am doing good. never go here they treat you like a drug seeker nurse practitioners on a power trip because she’s in control of the pain meds when you’re in legitimate pain . and also they are super rude. Another nurse practitioner told me I had scabies when it was freaking poison ivy like, who the hell would go here with incompetent nurse practitioners and ones that act like they’re the police of the pain meds like geez I’m sorry that my femur is broken in half I might be in a little bit of pain , and they’re like oh my God you’re a drug s... read more
I am a Veteran. This place is terrible, the lady at the front desk was telling me that it’s policy for me as a patient to wear a mask and that I could not be seen and go to the back without one. I will not be forced in my country to wear a freaking mask, especially if I have asthmatic problems. Also, it’s been proven that the person to wear the mask should be the person that’s concerned.
