When I felt a “pop” in my knee with immediate pain and swelling, I was skeptical to go into any emergency room or urgent care because of all the horror stories I have heard and read about. My husband has been out of surgery for more than an hour and I've still not gotten to see him. How would you like to wake up without a family member after a major surgery. Highly disappointed! And don't even get me started on the billing department!
I promise you can find a better place than this to get good care and respect. They seemed bothered and turned me away for symptoms their site lists as services. Definitely doesn’t operate like an “urgent care” center. Acted like I just wanted pain meds as much as they mentioned pain management.
I have had a neurotomy and an MRI here. The experience was great and the MRI machines on the main campus are powerful (3T) which translates into better Signal to Noise Ratio ( quality image).
Dr sent me to this ER for an urgent MRI as I cannot walk this morning. We have now been waiting 3.5 hours and are still not in a room. I just found out they have only 2 rooms/beds. Won't be making that mistake again.
