I had a total knee replacement by Dr Hester & everything went great. I would love to thank ALL of the nursing staff & hope I can get all of their names on here. never go here they treat you like a drug seeker nurse practitioners on a power trip because she’s in control of the pain meds when you’re in legitimate pain . and also they are super rude. I am a Veteran. This place is terrible, the lady at the front desk was telling me that it’s policy for me as a patient to wear a mask and that I could not be seen and go to the back without one. I will not be forced in my country to wear a freaking mask, especially if I have asthmatic problems. Also, it’s been proven that the person to wear the mask should be the person that’s concerned. I had a great experience with my back surgery!
I was unable to get into my PCP as it was around Thanksgiving, and my visit was in regard to shoulder pain and hip pain. The gal that checked me was very fast and My wait time was very short. The technician Stephanie was very cordial and professional. The NP, Malay was very concerned about helping me get some answers. The X ray tech, I'm so sorry that I have forgotten her name was very kind and gentle as she positioned me during the imaging.
