I have had a neurotomy and an MRI here. The experience was great and the MRI machines on the main campus are powerful (3T) which translates into better Signal to Noise Ratio ( quality image).

Dr sent me to this ER for an urgent MRI as I cannot walk this morning. We have now been waiting 3.5 hours and are still not in a room. I just found out they have only 2 rooms/beds. Won't be making that mistake again.

As a Veteran, I am only authorized to be seen by 2 Urgent Cares here in Tyler. I was originally recommended the one by Sprouts grocery store and honestly was not a big fan of that place. I tried Baylor Scott for the first time, last year and ever since then, have made it my Urgent Care. Everytime I need to be seen, they take such good care of me and do their absolute best to help address all of my concerns and provide me with temporary relief until I can take the next steps with my primary care facility. Went in this morning with symptoms of a sinus infection and possibly COVID-19. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. This urgent care is probably the best I have been to.

I was referred to urgent care and was very pleased by the way I was treated even though I don't have insurance. They were all very nice which helped me to stay calm while they stitched my thumb up with 6 stitches. Will refer them to everyone!
