The office manager keep denying treatment for my son even though he got a letter from the attorney to say he is released from them and he desperately needs to see a scoliosis doctor
The Dr was great. The office manager named Amanda was all over the place. The Ma's were very unprofessional and were discussing how stupid their office manager is. I came in with recent xrays and they wouldn't use them. Then the lady at check in was very short and snatched a clipboard from another employee. Just not what you expect from people who are in healthcare. I would run to another Dr. This was highly disgusting coming from a Baylor facility.
