As another reviewer wrote, this office definitely gets an F in customer service. I called over an hour before my appointment to let them know I'd be a little late due to heavy traffic. It took me an hour and a half to drive here with traffic delays. I asked for the office to call me back if they would not be able to see me, but noone called me back so I continued to the appointment.
