The doctor is nice, but on this visit she was unable or unwilling to investigate my symptoms to figure out my illness. I will be changing doctors.
when a patient go for annual physical, how can doctor charge for Office or other outpatient visit ? as well as Established patient preventive medicine examination
Very horrible customer service. I tried to explain that I was referred to them by VA community care. The administrative manager stated that I they have to charge my private Cigna insurance and would be “illegal” to use Tri west/VA community care as my primary insurance provider. Promised f/u from front desk manager and was never called back, after giving her my social security number to look into my triwest/VA insurance up. They made it painfully clear to me all they want is your MONEY!! Sad to say I will probably have to go... read more
