I understood that my appointment had an arrival time of 9:45 for a 10am appointment today on 9/14,but I cannot account for the heavy rains and traffic in my area!!! I walked in at 10:02 and Melissa was checking me in. She said she would have to ask the practice manager if she could let me in and then I was telling her the situation about how I drove a far away just to be at this location and that I cannot account for the rain.
