Mary is the one! She is professional, warm, kind and funny. Mary is confident, she makes me feel safe and ate ease while trusting her to help me get my body back to it’s baseline. She’s knowledgeable and communicates everything we are doing and they why. She listens, never makes me feel rushed. I enjoy my time with her, especially since I’ll likely be seeing her for a few months! The front desk gals are welcoming and friendly as well. You won’t be disappointed if you go here!
The Baylor Scott and White Outpatient Therapy Center at 12901 North Ih-35 Suite 1330 Austin TX 78753, is a great place to get physically rehabilitated, in North Austin, if you need it. The location is very handy also because it is located right next to a Chick-fil-A If you can find the Chick-fil-A you can find the rehab center even though it doesn’t have a sign on the side of the building. This facility is top.notched. Super clean!! Casey is such a friendly and welcoming soul. Mary (my physical therapist) is amazing as well!! She's so knowledgeable, kind, and have a lovely personality!! They have a wonderful team at this location!! I would give more stars if I could!!
Such excellent results! Though I continue with an uneven gait, I am pain-free in right hip, quad, and hamstring, therefore have better body balance to get back to a near-normal life. Yay!!
Super impressed with this office. The location is great, the facility is top of the line, and the staff is WONDERFUL! Mary Harris was knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant. Should I ever be in need of additional physical therapy, this would be my go to place.
