I don't think I could say enough good things about the entire team here! Cassie brings such a great energy when you walk in and Mary is just amazing - she's attentive, knowledgeable and incredibly personable. I looked forward to my sessions each week and made so much progress working at this location. Highly recommend if you're needing PT!
I’ve now seen three different PTs in the Austin region and this team has set the bar to meet. The facility is clean, and equipment in excellent condition. During my sessions, I felt heard, cared for and saw reasonable progress for my type of injury. I was very lucky to have ended up here after surgery and very thankful to the whole team, Casey, Fay and Mary! Their job is far from easy but they absolutely put the DR. in physical therapy. Oh! Team is very professional
Mary is the one! She is professional, warm, kind and funny. Mary is confident, she makes me feel safe and at ease while trusting her to help me get my body back to it’s baseline. She’s knowledgeable and communicates everything we are doing and the why. She listens, never makes me feel rushed. I enjoy my time with her, especially since I’ll likely be seeing her for a few months! The front desk gals are welcoming and friendly as well. You won’t be disappointed if you go here!
Mary and Josie are excellent at their jobs. They are both very personable. Thank you ladies for all that you do!
