The PT are great 10/10. However, the administration is awful. Requesting urgent medical record, waited for 1 month but still no update. After 1 month, I called for follow up, they told me to go to call another 3rd party which is voice-mail only. They could have told me they outsource it to 3rd party and I could have contacted the 3rd party since day1, instead of going through them. And now, its been more than 1 month I have been waiting for my medical record, which is under HIPAA rule, this is violation of patien's right. 1/... read more
The staff here is excellent. I have been here several times over the years for significant work and tune ups on returning issues. Most recent Monica got me moving again and we have a plan to keep me healthy.
