The 1 star is because of Select Medical billing, not the good care we received. I really like the care at the 15th Street & Coit location. However, the billing done by Select Medical is horrible. They instructed the front desk to collect the incorrect copay amounts. It took me more than two months of calling numerous times, unable to reach anyone, finally talked to reps 6 times, leaving VM repeated and being promised a review repeatedly to get 2 of the overcharges. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The young lady at the front office greeted me with a huge smile and carefully explained what was needed as a new patient. Once I met my physical therapist, she gave me a comprehensive test and listened carefully to all the issues I was having. I felt confident that I am in very good hands. They have the best physical therapist
I’ve been going to BSW for physical therapy for my hip replacement. They have been doing an awesome job. Everyone, the receptionist and the therapist are very professional and friendly. My physical therapist knows exactly what to do to keep me progressing in a positive way. My therapist is very knowledgeable about what I need to do to get back on my feet again.
