Consult Experience with Dr. Reddy on 07/30/26. I was left alone in the room for thirty minutes without any sort of expectation for when the doctor would come by. Eventually when the doctor did make their way in, they seemed to be distracted and not quite aware of what my presenting concerns were. Been waiting 8 days for a call from the surgery schedular. I've called multiple times to let them know that I have not been contacted. The surgery is supposed to be 2 days from the time of this posting. Doc was cool, got right to the point. Supporting staff appears to be the issue.

I called to find out if they accept Molina Healthcare (CHIP). The receptionist told me she didn't know and asked me to please wait. Then she picked up again, put me back on hold, and proceeded to hang up on me—how rude! Aside from being completely unprepared—she doesn't even know which providers they work with—she hangs up on people.

Dr Rhodes and his staff are the best. Ashley and Derek are very professional and friendly. They have helped me with rotator cuff surgery, a torn meniscus in my left knee and a right knee partial replacement surgery. This crew is the best. They helped my wife with a 40 year old elbow injury that over the years different Doctors told her that there wasn’t much they could do. We are forever grateful!
