Round Rock Emergency Room Staff was very attentive and caring. Doctors were thorough with many tests. Since no rooms were available, stayed in ER for 18 hours, along with my 80 year old partner....no comfortable chair, cold rooms, miserable for him.
I was turned away because of something the appointment Booker did. I just needed some bloodwork done, and they were capable of doing it, they chose not to. Fed me some nonsense about the type of request and told me there was nothing they could do. How about doing the bloodwork and figuring the rest out later? That would be what they did decades ago when Healthcare workers cared about people rather than just themselves. Turning someone away is wild. I have great insurance too. Just told to leave. Can't get that time back.
Love my Dr (Amanda Wallrich Hudson). The location is convenient, place is clean, staff is very professional. Overall, my experience was great. Everyone was caring and helpful.
