Intake night nurse was super rude. Day shift staff were nice and efficient.
The new ER has been renovated and is spacious with no crowding like before. There were a lot of very sick people coming in via ambulance so my wait time was long as they were prioritized as they should have been. The staff was great and I was well taken care of. They have some new beds that were purchased because of the lumbar support they supposedly offer. They are horrible and so uncomfortable that I had to stand most of the time. Whoever purchased them, clearly never spent time on them.
My experience was great I If you need any ER care I highly recommend BS& White
Doctor and staff were not communicating with each other and didnt even address the issues my sister had told them she had.
