Every time I go to the ER here I am taken care of. The doctors care. My clinic experiences with Urology and my regular physician have been quite different. The ER doctors always go out of their way to help. They run all the needed test. They really want to make sure you are all right. They immediately admit you in the hospital if needed. The ER nursing staff are angels. I can't say enough about the high quality of tis ER.

I’ve been well taken care of in BSW Round Rock Emergency twice now this year. Very pleased and thankful.
Barely anyone in there and it took 3 HOURS to simply do an x-ray and give me results. Staff was extremely rude to both me and my boyfriend. When we first arrived, there was no staff to check me in and we had to wait about 30 minutes before someone finally showed back up. To know this is where my great grandmother was getting care months before she passed makes me extremely disturbed and disappointed.
Went in with a weeks old large lump (large grape size) on my ribcage that was hot, tender and very painful. The front office staff were great. Even though their system was down, they checked me in quickly with a makeshift hand written bracelet. They later changed it to official one once system came back. Only waited in lobby 10min and was taken to an ER room, nurse took vitals and 8min later Dr. Huerta checked me out.
