Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine should NOT hire out-of-network doctors OR at the VERY LEAST tell you before treatment that the doctors, like Jonathan Holt, will screw you over with their unfair fees!
When a doctor from Baylor Scott and White (Grapevine) says to you that you need surgery, I recommend you obtain a second opinion A.S.A.P. Do Not take their word for it. Also, went to the E.R. and had a bad experience there also. I emailed Jim H. Hinton and was passed off to Kelly Tomcak and after a "30 day investigation" they just said that I lied and it wasn't their fault. As if the doctor and nurse will tell you, "yes I missed up." The staff is great, until you put the doctors in the mix.
My boyfriend received great care here when he was in a car accident over a year ago so I decided to go to this hospital when I started having what looked to be seizures. I have no recollection of the actual attacks but my boyfriend witnessed it and my roommate did as well. I feel like because I didn’t have insurance they decided to completely dismiss me and told me that it was a tic. why do your cardiolgists send out a bill with ever submitting anything to the insurance company?
The ER staff was seriously so sweet and funny! I felt comfortable from the minute I stepped foot in the door!
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation, for the fantastic staff at Baylor in Grapevine. Late last year, I was involved in a near fatal motorcycle crash. My injuries were severe and extensive, including 29 different broken bones, life threatening internal injuries that needed multiple surgeries.
