I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Stephen since 2010, over 7 years. We live in West Austin so we see him in Round Rock which is close to a 1 hour drive. Recently we missed 1 appointment in this 7 year period, in which I got NO reminder calls plus my phone had been recently stolen so I had lost my calendar which was stored on my phone and now Dr. Stephen is refusing to see my daughter anymore at the Round Rock clinic and stating I must drive to Temple to see him from now on.
