We set up my childs yearly check up at the front desk last year. A while back I got a message for an earlier appointment. Unfortunately the earlier appointment was at another location for some reason. I was not aware of this I assumed it was the same location of his last yearly checkup. Just recently got a call from Temple saying they have to cancel my childs appointment because he didn't have established care at that location. I've been tsking my daughter here for thexlast three years. I made a wellness check appointment a year in advance for July for my daughter. They just canceled her appointment in May and told me they couldn't get her another appointment until November. I dont think they care about my child's wellness. What a horrible experience.
Everyone great and friendly best to have an appointment but do take walkins and try to squeeze in somewhere Love the belton clinic!
