Wonderful care and attention was given to me. Dr. Bakshi is the best! The care team at Legacy Heart was wonderful!
It's hit-or-miss with some care coordinators ... somehow you get hung up on randomly (5/28/25) and then you get some people who actually want to talk to you.
Go here if you enjoy getting gaslit, go here if you want to be belittled, go here if you don't mind getting called to reschedule 3 days before your appointment, go here if you like being treated like a burden, go here if you just don't care. Me, I will never come back, I'm done being told that the issues I'm dealing with are normal. It's never normal when you pass out and hit your head on the way down multiple times. But they sure will make your believe you're crazy and that it's all in your head......
