The only problem we had was getting the cleaning service to sweep and mop the floor even after asking for 3 days in a row they come in and swept but did not mop the nursing staff had to empty the trash just so they would have the trash to be able to use it when they needed to throw stuff away other than that and kitchen staff didn't read what was on mommas file so they kept putting seasoning on her food that would make her sick or they would forget half her food

I can’t say enough about how wonderful, caring and attentive everyone from this hospital has been to myself and my family! I was a patient for a month and have had biweekly or even weekly procedures here since last summer due to a rare disease. While no hospital visit is ever a preferred activity, BHHP tries their best to make your visit as comfortable as possible!
Jan 10 of this year Dr Schafer did my open heart surgery. he was very kind and caring. and I was pleased with his work and how quickly I recoverd. every one of the staff treated me so good. like if I were royalty. I wish I could remember every one of my nurses names because I'd love to hug each one of you! I will come back and look for each of you, because at least I'll remember your sweet faces. thank you everyone for your great care!
Recommendedthe employees that work at Baylor Scott & White are the best if you have an emergency checking and getting you in and out as quick as they can be depending on what you were in for I would highly recommend if you need to go to the hospital they were Scott and White is the best
