Baylor Scott & White Health is sending me bills via email. However, I'm not one of their patients. I live several thousand miles from Texas. Apparently they don't verify patient email addresses? The email is from a "no reply" address and contains no link to use to indicate that I have received it in error. Instead, I have to waste my time and call them because phone is the only way to respond. And of course the message doesn't say what time zone their phone support center is in. The recent ending of the acceptance of Humana coverage required me to change carriers. I got a policy with BCBS, and now the Hillcrest facility will not accept the insurance they suggested. I am recovering from spinal surgeries, and now have no access to medical services, including the ER. What a poo show this has turned into.
These company is utterly incompetent. I paid my mafia-run “healthcare” premiums three times in January 2025, yet their inept software never shows the payments as made. So they just canceled my healthcare policy for non-payment! I documented everything and sent screenshots as a message in their portal days ago, clearly explaining the issue.
