I don't like the fact that they hold your prescription hostage and force you to make an appointment before they'll send it out. I've been taking the same meds for years now.
I recently purchased a BS&W Premium Marketplace plan and I used an independent insurance agent. He gave me many options and I narrowed it down between United Health and BS&W. I chose BS&W because there are plenty of in-network services in Plano and Frisco.
