Dr Caudill is very straightforward. This is code for rude and condescending with no bedside manner. He berated me for using a pulse oximeter at home because it’s supposedly inaccurate when it’s exactly what they use in every doctors office. Like he was really unnecessarily rude about it. Doctors are good. Staff not good. It's been a few weeks since I saw the doctor and had lab work done. Still can't get results. I called for results, and was told I didn't fill out the correct form to get my results. I then filled out the "correct" forms and hand delivered them and requested a call with results. Second request for a call. Later today I received an email stating I still haven't filled out correct form, despite verifying the forms I completed were correct. The doctors are the best but some of the staff could have better customer service skills. They get you in fairly quickly but walk-ins are difficult. They don't leave you sitting in the waiting room forever. My doctor is the best I have ever had and I've had a few. She is knowledgeable and direct, with a sense of humor and good bedside manner. I recommend them to my family and friends.
I see Dr. Mercer and he is a practical physician who is adept at explaining the issues. I trust him and would recommend him to those close to me.
