Horrible customer service. Runs unnecessary tests that they know your insurance isn’t going to cover. Ended up with a surprise bill every time I’ve gone in and will be switching providers moving forward. Gives you the run around when you try to question why these unnecessary tests were run. Giant money grab and a scam. Avoid at all costs!
Extremely poor communication. I had scheduled an appointment a month ago and two days before the appointment I was called from a private number and told I had a past due emergency room bill from 2019 I was unaware of, and unless it was paid in full, my appointment would be canceled. I had to cancel. Waste of time.
Everyone on staff is wonderful, and Dr. Neeti Pokharel is incredibly kind! I'm terrified of hospitals, but this place is so peaceful. Thanks.
