I have a very good doctor Bouchard
Do not go here. I showed up to my appointment and the “office manager” said it was canceled. I never received a call or a voicemail even though they claim I received a call. Why wouldn’t you leave a voicemail??? They also sent an email confirming my in person appointment but the “system” apparently doesn’t allow to send a cancellation email?? Also, why have an option open for an appointment that actually doesn’t exist to begin with?? The worst part is that the office manager had zero compassion about the whole situation. Nev... read more
I love my Baylor Scott and White family!! They are super fast, and efficient .I am always greeted with a smile and when my appointment is complete I am satisfied with the care they provided!! Thank you for all you do!!
