Dr Ngyuen is the best doctor you can have . She is compassionate, empathetic and takes your opinion in her treatment . She also arranges video visit if you are unable to come to the office . Great response from the clinic on the same day
This is the worst doctor’s office. My doctor said she couldn’t refill my prescription until I had blood work done. I had a full panel of bloodwork done and went into the office to get my results and I was promised my medication that controls my thyroid would be refilled. Weeks later I got a letter in the mail that my Dr (Mathew) was leaving. My pharmacy kept calling saying the doctor’s office wouldn’t refill my medication. I have been seeing Dr. NGUYEN for the last 2 years she is very knowledgeable and empathetic and considerate. Overall very positive experience. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to establish care with a family doctor.
