Lake Point Medical ER aka Baylor Scott & White in Wylie. It was an ok visit...got answers I thought at the time were good, with that said the staff was not friendly at all. Best emergency room i have ever been to. Very friendly staff is amazing always checking and making sure that your ok.
Amazing staff. The doctor was very sweet and nice. Everything went better than I thought.
Friendly, caring & attentive. First ER visit for my son. Brought my 5yr old for stitches to his ear & everyone was friendly & caring. Doc even let us play a cartoon on our phone for my son to take his mind off of the procedure. Highly recommend this facility!
My daughter needed a emergency appendectomy, they were waiting for her when we arrived. They explained everything and got her back immediately. They did a great job and took good care of my girl.
Dr brit, was awsome with my daughter. His staff was just perfect hell of a foot doc
We had the most amazing nurse ever!!! DEE made our ER visit the best ever. Every hospital needs more nurse's just like her. She made us laugh and feel at ease. Just want to say Thank you DEE, you are fabulous and Lake Pointe is blessed to have someone like you.
