I recently chose to find a new primary care doctor.I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Hainsfurther. She was very good at addressing my concerns and giving me information in a way that I could understand. Everyone on staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend.

Asked a question regarding my insurance and was told everything but what was the answer to my question. Had to ask several times until she actually grasped what I was asking. What could’ve been a 5 minute conversation was prolonged to 15 because she kept cutting me off and not listening.
Front desk clerks dont smile or accommodate you. Made my wife call her own provider for copays info. If your a person of color they look at you with no emotion. They were very helpful to white folks though. Very sad because the 2 ladies at the front were black women. Wont be using this clinic again.
