Came in to the clinic as their very first patient of the day at 9 a.m. Filled out the paperwork and turned it in around 9:05 a.m. At 9:20 a.m. we get informed by the receptionist that no provider was available and we wouldn't be seen today. Words exactly were "the provider didn't know she worked today and so she won't be coming in." Utterly unbelievable.
